Our latest release, this unique blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot takes you on an exciting journey of the senses. The fruit-forward nose has a bouquet of stewed raspberries, black plum, anise and a hint of mint. The flavors continue through the exceptionally long finish, which is bookended with notes of cola and crème brûleée.
Dark and delectable, this rich Cabernet leads with aromas of black plum, vanilla, clove and hints of tobacco and black olive. The mouthfeel is an explosion of blackberry pie with firm tannins in the background and layered with dried cranberries and peppercorn.
Picpoul Blanc is one of the lesser known varietals from Southern France and is enjoyed for its crisp acidity, minerality and citrus flair. In fact, Picpoul Blanc translates to 'lip stinger' which matches perfect to this wine with beautiful aromas of apple blossom, citrus rind and wet stone. The crisp acidity flows through the finish of melon and lime.
This Paso Robles Viognier speaks true to the region with aromas of linalool, peach and orange blossom. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve the beauty of the fruit, the wine gives way to a soft palette of pear, nectarine and jasmine!
Fresh and fruit-driven on the nose, this Chardonnay is the essence of what Santa Barbara County has to offer. Aromas of honeysuckle, grapefruit and almond lead into toasty, poached pear finish matched with crisp acidity.
This is a stunning example of Paso Robles Syrah at its finest. Rich in aromas of black plum, earth, violets, and dark spices, the mouthfeel explodes with flavors of blackberry jam and tar. The plush tannins fill the mouth and the acidity follows through into the finish.
Tannat is known for it’s spicy intensity and powerful tannins and this Tannat delivers all of this and more. Aromas of coffee, dark chocolate black current and black cherry fill the glass and linger on the palette as the wine finishes with rich, velvety tannins.
